     Paul is Vice Presient of the kite club Wings Over Washington and giving lessons is his passion. He is a team member of Quad-Fathers of W.O.W., RevRiders and Misfits of W.O.W. With over 25+ years on the kite festival circuit, Paul has enjoyed flying kites in such places as the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador), Machu Picchu (Peru), as well as Trinidad and Tobago (a dual-island Caribbean nation near Venezuela).
